Chinese theme night - The Menu

I'm in the Gastronamis kitchen at the moment getting ready for our theme night! Thought I'd share the menu now then recipes and photos will follow. Louise is on starter and dessert, I'm on mains which I love doing, however I'm doing 3 this evening so the pressures on!

Starter:

  • Open spring rolls with sweet chilli dip

Mains:

  • Chicken noodle stir fry
  • Sweet & sour pork (the lighter way) served with long grain rice
  • Sichuan prawns with rice

Dessert:

  • Milk jellies with roasted, marinated pineapple slices

All healthy I must add!

And for the little ones, afternoon tea for two!
